Peter Osborne

Managing Director
Peter is LOC Consulting's Managing Director, having started the company with Paul Crowe in 2005.

He has more than 20 years consultancy experience having worked in a number of senior roles for Accenture, Oracle and French Thornton and has focused on the delivery of business benefit across a number of industries and clients. He specialises in the review and recovery of IT and Business Change programmes, specifically in Consumer Goods and New Media organisations.

As well as his focus on his client work, Peter has been responsible for defining and executing LOC’s business strategy – a focus that has allowed the business to be regarded as a leading medium-sized delivery consultancy that was recently ranked the fastest growing by the Sunday Times.

Peter is an avid follower of rugby union and plays golf and tennis when both his business and family commitments allow, he has the dubious claim of being in the Guinness Book of Records for playing table soccer.

Paul Crowe

Director
Paul has over 13 years management consulting experience operating in a senior capacity delivering complex programmes.

A programme director comfortable working at both board and operational levels, combining strong stakeholder management with a grasp of detail required to deliver complex programmes. Skills include programme delivery, business process management (BPM) supplier selection, contract negotiation, business architecture and organisational design. Prior to joining LOC, Paul was a senior manager with Accenture.

Ed Haysler

Director
Ed is a business leader and programme manager with Board-level experience of delivering challenging business change programmes for clients including Royal Mail, GMAC, Transport for London and DWP.

Industry expertise in IT Services, Finance, Retail, Transport and Central and Local Government. Skills include programme management and programme recovery, business management, investment appraisals, stakeholder management, supplier management and sourcing and business change. Prior to joining LOC, Ed was a Director with Serco Solutions for 2 years and a partner with both French Thornton and PA Consulting Group.

Garth Impey

Director
Garth is a senior business leader with 25 years of Management Consulting experience across a range of Blue Chip clients.

He specialises in the delivery of business change through process and organisation design and the deployment of business enabling technology and has led teams of up to 600 staff and managed business units from $30m to over $800m in revenue. He has worked with clients in Financial Services, Oil and Energy, Construction, Mining, Healthcare, Transportation, Automotive, Consumer Products and Manufacturing.

Garth has delivered both custom built and packaged software solutions and has over 20 years of experience in SAP application software implementing multi-country solutions using global reference models, offshore delivery teams and multi-cultural teams. A significant portion of his work has been in the Supply Chain and Customer Facing Processes including the implementation of Shared Service Centres and has typically involved achieving performance improvement targets tied to a business case that was imperative for client success.

Elinor Fentem

Managing Consultant
Elinor is a strong, personable and analytical consultant, specialising in programme and project management across a number of sectors including Government, New Media and Telecoms.

Elinor is one of LOC’s longest standing consultants having joined the firm from Accenture in 2006, driven by the challenge to deliver value to clients whilst also taking an active role in growing the LOC brand and business.

Specialising in programme and project management across a number of sectors including Government, New Media and Telecoms, she combines excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with rigorous end-to-end project management to ensure successful programme delivery and client satisfaction. 

As LOC’s Marketing Lead Elinor is responsible for LOC’s marketing strategy, brand image, PR and marketing events.

She has a passion for the outdoors and can often be found scaling a mountain, swimming in the sea or travelling around the world exploring new destinations.

Victor Wong

Managing Consultant
Victor is a Managing Consultant specialising in the Programme and Project Management arena with focus on setting up and running Programme Management Offices.

He has worked across a wide industry sector, from Oil & Gas, Government sector, large PFI programmes, NHS to Retail Banking.

With his 20 plus years’ experience in this field, Victor is known to lead from the front, achieving consistent and high quality deliverables.

 

Victor joined LOC Consulting , firstly working as an associate before converting to employee status, due to being impressed with the company’s dynamism and focus on delivering client satisfaction. He’s not looked back since!

 

Outside work, Victor is a keen racquet sportsman, enjoying tennis, badminton and squash and heavily involved with his tennis club in West London.

Ned Nicol

Managing Consultant
Ned is a senior management consultant with over 10 years of experience on both IT and Business Change programmes.
He previously worked for Accenture, working in and leading teams across all phases of the delivery lifecycle. Ned has recently worked on a large banking integration programme, managing a number of business teams and is currently leading the recovery of a large IT programme for a Financial Services client.
 
Outside of LOC, Ned is a keen sportsman, managing to play rugby and cricket regularly, despite the attentions of a growing family.

Rob Norton-Edwards

Managing Consultant
Rob has more than 20 years of experience in managing programmes of business change.

With a particular focus on the financial services sector, he specialises in delivering sustainable business change for clients.  Rob's key strengths are managing the behavioural and cultural factors so critical to ensuring successful outcomes.

Prior to joining LOC Consulting, Rob spent five years as a change management specialist at PwC. Originally from South Africa, he moved to the UK in 1996 and now lives in Farnborough with his wife and two children. He is a keen cricketer and golfer, and also likes playing the guitar in his spare time.

James Keenan

Managing Consultant
James is a versatile programme manager who has delivered a wide range of IT-enabled business change programmes.

This has been achieved over 14 years through consultancy and in-house delivery in a range of public and private sectors. His experience spans the delivery lifecycle, from strategy development and procurement to delivery management, testing and implementation.

A rigorous and engaging approach, supported by strong communication skills, has enabled James to consistently deliver high quality and robust results. Core skills include supplier integration/management, stakeholder management.

Outside of his professional life, James is a family-focused and a keen sportsman including golf, squash and triathlons when time permits.

Julie Westwood

Managing Consultant
Julie is an experienced consultant and programme manager, having acquired her wealth of knowledge and experience through leading large scale strategic change programmes.
Julie has delivered projects within the Financial, Pharmaceutical and Service Sectors as well as within the Public Sector - both in the UK and abroad.

Versatile, analytical and hard-working with a practical hands-on approach, Julie is passionate about making a difference to her client’s businesses and works hard to identify the root cause of any problem and develop an effective solution.

A first class communicator and motivator with excellent interpersonal skills, Julie has the ability to influence senior leaders, managers and team members by challenging pre-conceived ideas and concepts through her innovative thinking. Her ability to think with her client and obtain a real understanding of the problems they face enables Julie to successfully deliver sustainable change.

Adam Mason

Principal Consultant
Adam is a Principal Consultant with over five years’ experience in IT and business change consulting across a variety of industries.

Adam has worked in a variety of  industry sectors including Energy, Defence, Banking and Media and has broad experience in business analysis and project management.  With strong problem solving  skills, a tenacious, can-do attitude and exceptional team working, he is an asset to any project. He thrives in the fast-paced, focused environment of project work and has a very keen drive for exceptional delivery.

Ben Walker

Principal Consultant
Ben is a Principal Consultant and has worked on a range of client engagements within both the private and public sectors.

This has included the delivery of complex, mission critical transformation projects and providing IT business consultancy.   Extensive project and programme experience, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, have enabled Ben to consistently deliver high quality work and rapid results.

Ryan Weir

Senior Consultant
Ryan is a Senior Consultant specialising in Project Management, with a focus on Testing Management and PMO.

Having previously worked across a number of large UK programmes, Ryan joined LOC in the summer of 2009 to help deliver the most complex Retail Banking integration in Europe as part of the Programme Management Office.   At LOC, Ryan has found he is in the perfect environment for being actively involved in solving problems and delivering benefits for clients.

Outside of the office, Ryan has an avid interest in screenwriting and has recently established an online networking site for aspiring writers.
