Skills Required:
We are looking for graduate calibre consultants who:
- Are confident, personable and have a track record (upwards of 8 years' experience) of delivery excellence preferably with a 'Big 5' consultancy or Blue Chip company
- Have impeccable programme and project credentials
- Have professional skills in general delivery excellence (programme and project management, change management, business anlaysis) or testing and test management or technical / solutions architecture
- Have experience of business development activity
- Are familiar with all elements of the delivery lifecycle
- Have motivation, drive and an appetite for risk
- Share our enthusiasm both for delivering client success and developing the firm
- Embrace values of trust, innovation, integrity, empowerment and delivery excellence
